Fried Zucchini

4 zucchini, cut in thin rounds
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. sea salt
coconut oil

Stir wheat flour, paprika, and sea salt together. Dip wet zucchini slices in mixture to coat well. Fry in coconut oil until browned on both sides. Optionally, drizzle with your favorite dressing.
